ICR’s 2020 Annual Spiritual Conference - A Zoom Event
In general, there are three states of consciousness in the average, normal person – waking, dream sleep and dreamless sleep. Historically there have been claims of a fourth state of consciousness attainable for human beings. It is known by different names in various cultures – such as cosmic consciousness, enlightenment, Turiya.
Although glimpses of this state have been experienced occasionally, this fourth state has been permanently reached by relatively few individuals overtime. Some observers of our current condition maintain that the only way to solve humanity’s pressing problems – or crises if you like - is the transformation or evolution of consciousness.
On Sunday, August 2, 2020 ICR will host its 35th Annual Conference, The Evolution of Consciousness: Personal and Global Perspectives,as an online Zoom event. Through our presentations and our open forum session we will explore the of the evolution of consciousness and the role it plays in bring solutions to our pressing problems.
